Today at about 5:10 PM (May 7, 2023) a man in his 20s to 30s was walking near the off ramp of the Cambie Bridge in Vancouver (Smithe and Pacific). Two officers questioned him for a few minutes, asking for the location of his residence, as he appeared to be homeless.
